It is amazing to think how fast time goes by. It really feels that it was yesterday that we were bringing this guy from the hospital and now he is all grown up and showing up his personality.
He is very rough and though but he is still very sensitive. He goes AWE! when he sees anything cute around him, whether it is a baby or a little animal or just something that is sweet.He loves to CLEAN. you heard it right. We have a little broom that he uses about 20 times a day to clean our floors, then of course he has his toy vacuum which is on the go any time a day and lately he is been using his baby wipes to wipe his toys clean. If he makes a mess, he cleans it up all by himself. He is daddy #1 helper, mowing the lawn, sweeping the drive way, cleaning the house. My two guys are the best on cleaning the house
His very best friend is Julia for sure. This kid follows her around anywhere she goes and imitates all the things she does. He is a very lucky man to have such a great example before him.
He is determined. I believe he gets that from me, although his daddy like the word stubborn better.
He is a jokester. He loves to make people smile and would do anything to accomplish that.
He loves nursery. We just drop him every Sunday and never worry about him. He loves to color and really enjoys singing time. He already knows 5 different songs with hand actions and everything.
Josh has been able to talk since he was 14 months. He now can say full 5 word sentences and he can definitely tell you how he is feeling. His favorite frase " I am a man ".
He sleeps in his own room all by himself. Although after I tuck him in, he gets up to play with his toys on the dark, but he is great at climbing back on bed and tucking himself back on after a couple of minutes.
Bed time usually goes on smoothly. He takes a bath then races to get dress before Julia and He thinks he wins every time, which of course makes Julia mad. Then he brushes his teeth and combs his hair. He puts his step stool away and rushes to the couch screaming "prayer". 
He surprised us 3 months ago when he started saying his own prayer, of course it is the same prayer he uses to bless the food but who is keeping track, right!.Then off to bed he goes, where he usually tries to avoid Julia's good night kisses at all cost. Then of course we read our favorite story and then we sing a couple of his favorite songs. He never can make up his mind about which song to sing first. After I start singing one he would say" no , mommy not that one, sun beams" and go back and forth between that song and build upon a rock. 
On his Birthday, we started the day opening presents, It was great to see that Julia was more interested on opening the presents than he was. I am not sure he had gotten the whole present concept yet. He was, however, excited to see and play with all his new toys after they were revealed.
For lunch we went to Artic Circle, not his favorite food I gotta admit, but he loves their playground. It is just the right size for him.
After that we went to grandma's house. Since I am on bed rest we though it'll be a good idea to have some help that day. Indeed it was great to have some helping hands around.We had a barbecue, even though it was freezing outside, and had some cake and ice cream with all of our family.

Favorite color: i am not sure he has a favorite yet
Favorite animal: Kitty
Favorite relative: mommy and daddy
Favorite song: build upon a rock and sunbeams(they are both requested every night)
Favorite thing to do with your family: Play hide and seek
Favorite Toys: Trains, cars and balls
Favorite TV Show: the wonder pets, Mickey Mouse clubhouse, Diego, Little Einsteins
Favorite Book: The little Mouse, the red ripe ripe strawberry and the Big Hungry Bear, Big Bulldozer and The big Fire Engine.
Favorite Movie: Shrek, Shrek II, Bolt, Kung Fu Panda and Up
Favorite Time of the day: definitely eating time, which for this kid is all day long
Oh how we love this kid. He is a very special son of Heavenly Father and we know that. Our lives are filled with laughter because of him and Julia. We are so grateful to have him be a part of our family and are so lucky to have such a sweet little spirit among us.
