Desde Ecuador....a recap

Well now that 4 wonderful, painful, beautiful, eye-opening, amazing, tasteful weeks are coming to an end I though I post some pictures of our trip.
I should write a little about each one of the pictures but I think that a picture says more than a thousand words.
I can say mat We come back humbled and very, very grateful for all the blessings we have in our lives.
Like Julia would say whenever we went to a bathroom "look mommy it´s clean and they have soap...thank you mommy"

I was often taken by the wanting of material things, but who doesn´t?.
This trip has made me realized how blessed me and my entire family are.
We don´t have to go one day wondering if we are going to eat or if we´ll have enough money to get our kids those new shoes they need.
I never have have to worry if perhaps my husband found a job today and if he did and got money, that he´ll get home safe, without having a 10 year point a gun at him and robb him
I don´t have to worry when I take my kids to the doctors If they´ll be able to give them the right medicine to help them feel better instead of killing them

I am truly thankful that I can offer my kids a safe and comfortable place to live at. My Heavenly Father has given us so much already that I truly feel I couldn´t ask for more, except for health.

I have what millions of people down here dream about. A wonderful husband, great kids, a comfortable home, health and the knowledge that the sun does come out after the rain, that my Heavenly Father loves me and that he has a plan for me.

We leave this place hoping that it can get better for the sake of all the people who we love and are leaving behind. I wish Ican take them all back home with me, so that my heart wouldn´t acke when the time comes to leave Ecuador.

I love My people, I love my roots, I love my family, I love the Beauty that Heavenly Father has created and placed at this tiny side of the world.
