The Layton Fire Department was having an open house. They
were offering rides on their fire trucks. We were so excited to attend, except
this was a very cold and wet day and all the activities were out on the open.
We did all the activities inside the firehouse in hopes that the rain will stop and would let us go wait in line for the fire truck ride. We had no such luck, but there was enough to do that we didn't mind.
The kids played games, learn about safety, got cool prizes, got to sit on a police bike and even got ID cards
.
Joy school field trip # 2
Andrew had a field trip to black island farms. This is one
our favorite places to go during Halloween. He had fun with his friends and I had
fun taking pictures.
Team pictures and last game of the season.
We had a very tight schedule this day
8:30 Julia’s pictures
9:00 Julia’s game
10:00 Joshua’s game
11:30 Joshua’s pictures
We were out in the field for almost 4 hours that day. The
morning was chilly and it was almost freezing by noon. Andrew and Daniel were
such good kids that we went to McDonald's for lunch.
Julia and Joshua didn't complaint at all about the wait and
when their games started each did their best.
This is Joshua’s moment of glory when he scored his first
goal of the season.
Julia’s best memory was when she scored a goal from the
middle field and over a players head at the last second of the game.
Joshua’s first Field trip
Joshua had been dreaming about this day since he started
preschool. He had had field trips before but this was the first time that he got
to ride on a school bus. I got to help that day and was able to capture that
exciting moment His joy that day, priceless.
Julia’s new friend
Julia made a new friend in church. This cute girl is Rachel. Julia loves the fact that they look alike. Her mom is from Australia and they have spent a lot time over thereto the point that they have the most adorable accent.
Rebecca her mom approached me one day and told me what a good friend Julia had been to Rachel. I was so proud of Julia for being so welcoming with her.
15 months
My baby is 15 months. I can’t believe how fast he is growing. He is getting steadier on his feet and is a really fast crawler. There are three things that this boy loves more than anything in the world:
1.- He loves to give his mommy hugs and kisses. He is a mamma’s boy.
2.- He loves food. Anything and everything.
3.-He loves his baths. He can’t wait to get in the tub, sometimes he can’t even wait for me.
