Heber City Competition
Julia had her first multi-city competition. There were more
than 12 gyms competing. She got Third place on her age division. She was so
amazing. She wasn't nervous at all. She kept jumping up and down the entire
time until it was her turn to perform.
Spencer had to work so I had to drag all three boys to the
Meet. First we had the 2 hour car drive
to get to Heber city, then an hour and a half of waiting until it was Julia’s
turn to perform and then another 30 minutes for the award ceremony. Not to
mention the drive back. They boys were amazing! They loved supporting their
sister and that made her victory so much sweeter.
Daniel
How can I describe him….I just love everything about him.
From that smile, to his seriousness to his I think I am older than you
attitude. He loves to imitate whatever else his siblings are doing.
Julia was practicing with her cowboy hat for s school
performance, next thing I know he has gone to the playroom, found a hat and is
dancing with Julia trying to copy her dance moves.
He is also such a pro on my ipad and SKYPE. Here he is talking to my mom
Joshua’s field trip to the Nature Center
Andrew’s field trip
The same week I got to enjoy another field trip with Andrew.
He absolutely loves this one. We went to Costco. Got to learn some safety tips,
try their cookies, mac and cheese and saw a fork lift smashing a rotisserie chicken!
Best part though, was when they were in Spencer’s department: The tire shop. Got to do some mechanical work of their own!
Spanish Festivities at school.
The kids were so excited for this day. They got to celebrate
the Hispanic heritage at their school. Some Spanish dances, Spanish snacks and
of course crafts and a piñata.
This picture was taken at the end of their day as I saw them
walking towards the carpool just jumping and talking excitedly to each other. definitely a good day of school
